Proudly Pukekohe-born, Brigette first joined Hunter Withers in September 2015 as a Senior Accountant. Her commitment quickly led her to Partner and Director, where she now holds a stake in the company.

Since Brigette started in 2015, Hunter Withers has evolved into a modern,, tech-savvy practice, embracing innovative solutions like Xero and SharePoint. Brigette's leadership has been instrumental in this transformation.

Brigette's day-to-day is all about client engagement, staff leadership, and strategic planning. She’s passionate about helping people succeed and believes that, while technology is crucial, it’s the personal connection that makes all the difference. “You can't replace the personal touch,” she says, “but tech certainly boosts our efficiency.”

Her advice for business owners? "Set clear goals, focus on strategy, and stay accountable. Don’t let the day-to-day operations consume you—always take time to plan and envision where your business is headed."

When she’s not at work, Brigette is all about family life. Married to Sam and mum to Jack (5) and Kira (3), she loves spending time at parks and cheering on rugby games. She is deeply involved in the Patumahoe Rugby Club as Treasurer and is part of the Mauku Tennis Club, where they are in the process of restoring the grounds.

As for future plans, Brigette and her family are looking forward to a special Christmas trip to Canada to visit Sam’s brother’s family – a well-deserved break for someone who manages so much with such poise.
