To streamline the process of preparing your accounts, we have made available the necessary questionnaires below. These questionnaires are crucial for us to begin work on your Annual Financial Statements.
Please Note: It is essential that separate questionnaires are completed for each entity before we can prepare your Annual Financial Statements.
Accessing the Questionnaire
While the questionnaire may initially seem daunting, we assure you it is very straightforward.
Important Points to Complete Before/On Your Balance Date:
Trade Debtors: Please review your outstanding trade debtors. Acknowledge any that are not recoverable, as all debtors unlikely to be recovered must be written off as bad debt prior to the end of the financial year.
Stock on Hand: For applicable businesses, ensure you count your Stock on Hand as at the end of the financial year.
Asset Schedule Review: Refer to your Asset Schedule from the 2025 Annual Financial Statements. Please advise us if any assets have been scrapped or sold during the year.
Submitting Your Questionnaire and Records
Once you have compiled all the required information, please ensure the questionnaire is completed and then submit your records. You can send them to us via email at info@hunterwithers.co.nz or drop them into our office directly.

Even if you believe we already have all the necessary information, completing this questionnaire helps us confirm everything is complete and correct. If a section doesn’t apply to you, simply mark it as “N/A”.
